Thomasville, North Carolina based Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina has hired Steelwood to provide Site Analysis and Due Diligence services on 5 parcels of land currently owned by the Non-Profit. Upon completion of the study Steelwood will make a Hold/Sell recommendation to their Real Estate board.
